Left Bower, located on the Western side of Sutherland is housed in a cosy little caravan, neatly tucked away on the side street of East Parade. Step inside and you’ll find yourself taken aback a few decades, circa 1950, with tables, chairs and crockery all playing the part.
The menu offers some specialties including Bower Eggs Benny, French Toast and a, Veggie Patch but also ‘Less wanky options’ (promise this is what they’re named, ha!), namely your classics; scrambled eggs, avo toast, bacon and Egg roll etc.
Left Bower is great value for money and won’t break your bank over whichever option you choose.
